Portfolio Day

Portfolio day was an interesting experience for me. I am not persuing art in college and therefore did not bring my work with me. However, it was very interesting to go there and speak with other art students and be able to see their work. It was definitely an interesting crowd, lots of pink hair, but I could spot some very talented artists there. I enjoyed being able to meet new kids, and see what they have done and where they wish to go. I was surprised by how big of an event it was, it was way different than I expected. I also enjoyed talking to my classmates who were waiting in lines to see where they wanted to go to college and what schools they were looking at. Overall it was a good experience and I was able to connect with other kids who shared the same interests as me.
